The Workshop. Week 4. We deliver the workshop at the location of your choosing. The workshop includes presentation, education, interactive work and discussion. Participants also play a business simulation game designed to prepare them for activating the strategy within the organization.
Executive Summary. Week 5-6. We provide an executive summary of the decisions that were made in the workshop with recommended action items.
